This is a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath, two story, waterfront townhouse with so many amenities! Kayak or standup paddle-board from your own private dock. Relax in the waterfront spa or try your hand at pool or table tennis! This townhouse has been recently updated and modernized with new kitchen and baths. The townhouse comfortably sleeps up to six guests making it ideal for a small family or a friends getaway.
Details
There is one king and two queen beds. Every room including the great room is air-conditioned and individually controlled. The primary bedroom has bath ensuite with double sinks and a large shower. The queen rooms share a bathroom with shower and tub combo. All three bedrooms are on the second floor. The 1/2 bath, powder room is on the ground floor.
The waterfront location with private dock faces west and has beautiful sunset views. There are three smart TV’S and a PAC-MAN machine :-) The great room with an open concept, modern kitchen has a dining table for six, a comfortable living room arrangement and a beautiful pool table. Adjacent to the pool table is a separate bar area with wine fridge and refrigerator drawers. The great room opens up onto a large deck with barbecue, comfortable furnishings and a spa.
Just steps away is the shared community swimming pool. There are two private covered parking spaces, high speed Internet and two lounge chairs on the entry patio for sunning.

Swim from the private dock, kayak in the double kayak or standup paddle-board on the equipment provided.
A new, standard size pool table is available for guest use and has a table tennis (Pingpong) topper. Adjacent the pool table is a smart TV and a bar area and PAC-MAN- Perfect for game day!
The large water front deck has a continuously heated spa and a hot/cold outdoor shower. You will also find a very comfortable outdoor living room set and gas BBQ. Two lounge chairs for sunning are on on the entry patio. For your beach days, we supply beach towels, beach chairs, body boards, and a cooler.
Location
The townhouse is right in the heart of Hawaii Kai - A unique waterfront community. Just minutes from the home you will find brew pubs, shopping, dining, beaches, snorkeling, hiking, excursions/tours, and a Costco. Honolulu international airport is only 30 minutes away. Waikiki with his award winning restaurants, shopping and tourist vibe is just 20 minutes from the townhouse.

Rates
$419 to $599 Per night depending on length of stay, season and number of guests. (All bookings are subject to 17.962% taxes, $400 departure cleaning fee and $5000 refundable security deposit).
