This is a private, fully fenced/gated, 5 bedroom, 3 ½ bath, single story, stand alone, pool home. Completely remodeled in 2019, this beachside Kailua home is just one block from the white sand and pristine waters of Kailua Bay! Sleeping up to ten guests comfortably, the home is ideal for families, couples, or a retreat.

There are three kings, one queen and two twin beds. The primary bedroom has bath en-suite. The poolside king room and queen room share a bath. The twin room and king room share another bath. Each bedroom, along with the great room, is air-conditioned and individually controlled .
The expansive, grassy, professionally landscaped yard is equipped with night lighting, making it an ideal place to end your day. The large covered lanai attached to the main home extends out from the living room providing additional dining space for ten and a lovely poolside seating area.
Smart TVs can be found in the living room and pool house. Your music can be cast from your phone to the Yamaha receiver and played in the living room or outdoor lanai speakers.
Amenities
The home has a large, sparkling, glass tiled pool. The pool house with smart TV, ½ bath, outdoor shower, refrigerator, and wet bar are the perfect spot for lunching, watching kids in the pool or enjoying an evening libation.
Four poolside sun loungers and a gas barbecue are at your disposal. Pool heat is available and most useful in the winter months.For your beach days we provide beach towels, beach chairs, bodyboards, pool noodles, sand toys, umbrellas, and a wagon to haul your gear.
Location
The home is one block from world-famous, 2.5-mile-long Kailua Beach (Rated #1 in the USA by Dr. Beach in 2019) There are no roads to cross to access the beach making this home convenient for your family beach vacation! With private deeded beach access, you access the center of Kailua Bay with its white sand and turquoise waters away from tourists and the public beach park. The waves are usually small and ideal for the keiki (kids) to try bodyboarding!
The unique beach community of Kailua is just 1.5 miles from the house. With boutique shopping, trendy restaurants and a Whole Foods Market nearby, Kailua Town provides all one needs for a unique beach experience. Honolulu international airport is a 25-minute drive away. Waikiki, with its award-winning restaurants, shopping, and tourist vibe, is a 30-minute drive from the home.

Rates
$659-$1999 per night depending on length of stay, season and number of guests. All bookings are subject to 17.962% taxes, $750 departure cleaning fee and $5000 refundable security deposit.
