There are two primary suites with queen beds, and ensuite baths. Two additional queen rooms have a shared bathroom. All bathrooms are modern, clean, and have Japanese intelligent wash toilets. All bedrooms have Tempur-pedic mattresses, bamboo linens, smart TV’s and plenty of closet space. Utilize the home as your virtual office space as each bedroom has a modern desk space, hi speed Wi-Fi and LED lamps allowing for work or study from home.
Enjoy the fully air-conditioned home or spend the day on the 1500 sq. ft. sun deck covered in soft artificial grass. Watch the beautiful sunsets and listen to the sound of the Zen Garden fountain. Enjoy outdoor dining on the deck under the gazebo, utilize the barbecue while enjoying the gorgeous mountain views. Up on the hill is a custom-built mountainside terrace with spectacular sunset views and Koko Head crater.
Hale Maluhia has a beautiful, large open kitchen with island seating and pantry. There are 3 separate dining areas, 20-foot-high ceilings and big windows to let in natural light and ocean breezes. The living room is equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi, smart TV & Bluetooth audio. There is parking for up to three cars inside the gated driveway. (No garage parking.)
The very gracious and thoughtful owner of this home lives next-door. He is available to give you as much or as little advice as you need.

Enjoy the fully equipped, newly remodeled kitchen, with everything needed to cook at home. You’ll find outdoor furniture, beach chairs, beach towels, boogie boards and a cooler for your beach days.
The Home has a large collection of movies, boardgames, chess set, cable TV, smart TV and Amazon Firestick.
The laundry room has a full-size washer and dryer for your use. Enjoy the large deck and gas BBQ.
We can also help you arrange for a Private Chef or in-house massage.

Haunama Bay Marine Reserve for epic snorkeling is 10 minutes from the house. There are several nearby beaches and scenic drives. Waikiki with its award-winning restaurants, shopping and tourist vibe is just 20 minutes away by car. Enjoy a round of golf at nearby Hawaii Kai Golf Course. Hawaii Kai activities include wave runner rentals, parasailing, whale watching, shopping, boating, brew pubs and dining!
