This is a private, fully fenced/gated, 5 bedroom, 4 bath, two-story, stand alone home. This designer decorated, canal front home was completely furnished and decorated in 2021. Sleeping up to ten guests comfortably, it is ideal for a family getaway!

There are three kings, one queen and two twin beds. Every bedroom, with exception of the queen room (which catches the trade-wind breezes,) has individual air-conditioning units, all new beds and bedding! Upstairs you will find the private, primary bedroom with air-conditioning, two lanais, bath en-suite and lovely canal views.
The expansive kitchen in the heart of the home has an island bar, sofa and table with chairs for gathering. The air-conditioned kitchen opens to the great room with a large leather sofa, smart TV and dining table that seats ten. Cast your music to the smart TV for your audio enjoyment.
The private yard and patio have two loungers, a seating area and another dining table with seating for ten! A gas barbecue and canal-side lawn make this the perfect spot for family gatherings with sunset views across the canal.
Amenities
Stay fit while on vacation in the air-conditioned, private, canal side gym! A Peloton bike and Precor treadmill along with free weights, yoga mats and TV are available for guest use. The air-conditioned office with desk, sofa and printer is private, quiet and has fast Wi-Fi for those working while traveling.
For your beach days we supply beach towels, beach chairs, bodyboards, a cooler and a beach wagon to haul your gear. Returning back home after a day at the beach you’ll find a hot and cold outdoor shower. (You know you’re on vacation when you’re standing behind the screen of an outdoor shower!)
Two bikes with helmets and locks are provided for your use.

Kailua Beach, with its 2.5-mile-long white sand beach, is just a 10-minute walk or a 2-minute bike ride.
Kailua Town with its trendy restaurants, boutique shopping and Whole Foods Market is just 1.8 miles from the home. This is the ideal location for touring the island! Honolulu international airport is just a 25-minute drive away. Waikiki with its award-winning restaurants, shopping and tourist vibe is 30 minutes from the home.

Rates
$479 -$1299 per night depending on length of stay, season and number of guests. All bookings are subject to 17.962% taxes, $750 departure cleaning fee and $5000 refundable security deposit.
