This is a private, fully fenced/gated, 4 bedroom, 3 bath, single story, stand alone home. Completely remodeled in 2021, this Lanikai home is just one block to a quiet, scenic, small beach cove with white sand and aquamarine pristine waters! The home comfortably sleeps up to eight guests, making it ideal for families, couples or a retreat.

There are two king and two queen beds. Each bedroom, along with the great room, is air-conditioned and individually controlled. The primary bedroom has bath en-suite with vessel tub, smart toilet, and outdoor, private shower. The king and queen room share a bath. The fourth bedroom (queen) has a separate entrance, a kitchenette and bath en-suite, perfect for the nanny or as an in-law suite.
Connected to the kitchen and fourth bedroom is an expansive covered lanai with a smart TV, bar fridge, dishwasher, washer, dryer, and bar sink. The lanai has sliding louver doors that can be closed during inclement weather. The covered patio has additional seating, dining tables and loungers.
Smart TV's are found in the TV room and covered lanai. Your music can be streamed through a portable Sonos speaker. The expansive, grassy, fenced in, professionally landscaped yard is is perfect for bocce ball and has night lighting making it the ideal place to end your day.
Amenities
We provide 2 bikes with locks and helmets. For your fun in the sun days, we supply beach towels, beach chairs, bodyboards, a cooler, an umbrella, and a wagon to haul your gear.
This designer decorated home has high end furnishings and luxurious linens.
A charcoal and gas BBQ are at your disposal.
Location
The home is a ten-minute walk to the broader sandy part of Lanikai beach and just another 10-minute walk to Kailua Beach (Voted #1 in the USA by Dr. Beach in 2019). The soft sand and gentle waves of these nearby beaches make this home ideal for your family beach vacation! The Mokulua Islands, just offshore, are a fun paddling destination – via a SUP or Kayak. Both can be rented and delivered to your door. There is easy access into the calm water from your nearby (1 block) cove beach. Here you will find few tourists, turquoise waters, white sand, and an unforgettable view of the twin islands!
The unique beach community of Kailua is just 2.5 miles from the home. Kailua town, with its boutique shopping, trendy restaurants and Whole Foods Market is all you need for an authentic beach town experience. Honolulu international airport is only 30 minutes away. Waikiki with its award-winning restaurants, shopping and tourist vibe is 40 minutes from the home.

Rates
$499-$1299 per night depending on length of stay, season and number of guests. All bookings are subject to 17.962% taxes, $650 departure cleaning fee and $5000 refundable security deposit.
