This is a private, gated, 4 bedroom, 3 bath, single story, stand alone home with a magnificent view! Watch the sailboats pass by from the nearby yacht club with the Koolau mountains as a dramatic backdrop. This waterfront, bayside, pool/spa home is ideal for families, couples, or a retreat. It sleeps up to eight guests comfortably.

There is one king, two queens and two twin beds. (Twins can be made to king upon request). Every bedroom is air-conditioned and individually controlled, and all have spectacular water views! The primary bedroom has bath en-suite with soaking tub, vanity, and shower. Because each bedroom opens up directly to the pool and Kaneohe Bay shoreline, this home is not recommended for very small children unless closely attended by an adult.
The yard is private and beautifully landscaped. Night lighting brings this home to life at dusk and creates a magical setting for relaxation in the evenings. The large, covered lanai has an outdoor living area and dining table for eight. Guests will enjoy unforgettable views, swimming in the pool, bocce ball on the lawn, reading in the hammock, or kayaking on the bay! Watch the sunset from the whirlpool spa or just enjoy the peace and tranquility of this beautiful and quiet residential neighborhood.
Pulelehua has a modern, fully equipped kitchen and gas BBQ for cooking. The air-conditioned great room sports a large 65" smart TV with Apple TV. The home is also equipped with wireless hi-speed internet, and off-street parking behind a private gated entrance.
Amenities
Fish from the private dock, kayak or stand- up paddle board right in front of the house! (Sporting equipment can be rented and delivered to your door).
Pool heat is available and most useful in the winter months. The spa is heated with gas and included in the rate. Pool noodles, bocce ball and corn hole are available for guest use. The home also has a large collection of books and games.
Three bicycles with helmets and locks are available for use during your stay. For your beach days we supply beach towels, beach chairs, body boards, a cooler and a beach wagon to haul all the gear.
Location
The home is 3 miles from world famous Kailua Beach and the unique beach community of Kailua Town with its boutique shopping, trendy restaurants, and a Whole Foods Market. Honolulu International Airport is only 20 minutes away. Waikiki with its award-winning restaurants, shopping and tourist vibe is 30 minutes from the home.

Rates
$659 to $1999 per night depending on length of stay, season and number of guests. (All bookings are subject to 17.962% taxes, $650 departure cleaning fee and $5000 refundable security deposit).
